2010 Blizzard
This blizzard was worst than any storm we encountered in NYC last year and we were hit with about two or three. It was only .2 inches below the blizzard of 1996. This snow is whats been keeping everyone stuck or busy.

Post of the Year
I found this to be the most interesting post of 2010. Its by my boy Marko and I'm not just giving him props because I know him. An interesting story is behind this post. Here is a summary of what has happened, a thieving Nazi hipster apparently decided to steal this entire post on his blog. Hateful comments soon followed about Serbians and comments about Jewish people were made. Long story short authorities were reported about this fellows acts on the internet and he soon was exposed, humiliated and confronted. He has long disappeared along with his blog.
I was surfing over at my boy's blog over at Hell Fish Racing where he had a pretty interesting post about the good old days. He ended the post with a comment about roof racks that just reminded me just how much I hate hipsters and douchers which I commend him for. That's what lead me into my rant because those douchers he was talking about are a very particular crowd of hipsters especially common in san francisco & SoHo NYC. They tend to be 5'9'' non-threatening looking Asians or white people and even sometimes black, that are usually spotted hanging around these trendy sneaker/fashion boutique stores together where they can all feel cool cause they ride a bicycle that looks like it was designed for my grandfather with their rolled up pants/capri crop pants. You can usually pick them out in a crowd by their DSLR cameras that they have around their necks which they use to take pictures of Asian cuisine that they eat every day in an attempt to make themselves feel more cultured than you and I because they pay over charged prices for regular shit cause they work in "hip" design studios that lets them afford all this nonsense. These studios usually come with an array of Ikea furniture to make them feel even more hip cause all of their furniture has no curved lines. Also on the topic of food which I forgot to mention, they love eating with chop sticks! This is all in an attempt to make their MSG filled food feel like its more authentic than it actually is (im pretty sure Sobe life water is pretty authentic Asian cuisine) which was ever so elegantly put out there by the great maddox over at the best page in the universe. Once they are done, they have to immediately blog about it via iPhones and Macs (cause we all know that the Mac guy is a hipster as pointed out by his H&M/American Apparal clothing, and PC guy isn't so naturally they have to support their own kind) and post it along side the photos that they have of themselves "partying" at those same boutique/sneaker stores with a crowd of other assholes that look just like them holding up cups with a wannabe trendy DJ in the background playing what he perceives to be super underground classic hip hop like "ice cube and NWA" to make himself feel tough (Even though you would never catch one of them in compton, queensbridge, east new york, etc.), rebellious, and yet cooler than you at the same time for doing so. Btw..a hipster party is not a party without a section to quench your asian fetish with. They usually do this by hanging out with a token or herb version of someone from another race to make themselves feel cooler than you and I even further because they know someone dark skinned and are encouraged to take as many photos with them as possible (The darker the person you are standing next to in your photo, the more hip you are!) even though we all know that they are racist as shit deep down or just want to be accepted by fellow nerds in their hipster circle. Your not fooling anyone by thinking your cool with Asian or Black people that act like American hipsters with no real cultural know-how, cultural orientation, or even sense of heritage. All this for an attempt to quench the thirst of the hipster's Asian fetish. Along with food and different races, city skylines and shitty art galleries are a common topic for hipster photography. You may spot them at a local sports game every now and then in their blog cheering for a home team that they know nothing about by wearing a replica jersey that they just bought outside the arena that's 3 sizes too small for them with an emphasis on the architecture of the arena on their blog rather than the actual game. If that's not all bad enough, they usually wear T-shirts like "FREE TIBET" or "OBAMA: HOPE" that attempt to make them feel more aware of the world than you but in reality they only know about as much as what fox news tells them. They should all be stabbed in the fuckin neck with a gravity knife. Bless the hipster if I see one of them wearing a Kosovo related t-shirt. I would beat the holy living shit out of one if I came across one. Consider yourself warned! Fuck you hipsters! I hope H&M has a sale and you are all killed by an improvised explosive device on the way there you fuckin douchers!

Fitment & Cars
For the record, I have no problem with the whole stance movement. The only thing bothersome is that many people are just monkey see monkey do and its an idea now that only stance cars are cool nothing else. There are other ways to modify cars lets not forget that. Don't get me wrong its affordable and just about everyone else can do it. Basically any car looks good lowered with proper fitment. Think I'm kidding look below.

Late 1990s and early 2000s most cars were very flamboyant with paint, bodykits,i.c.e. and just about anything with the car. Does anyone remember pastel colored cars? Evo style foglights? The Truth About America
You can never blame terrorist or the rest of the world for hating America and by that I mean the United States. How would you feel if America decided to invade your nation for resources? Or interrupt a conflict that decides it wants to dick ride America or that America itself needs to assert itself in a fight where it doesn't belong. When the general American public decides to be more involved in politics instead of watching the Kardashians or waiting for Smart phones to be faster then the US government will continue to do as it pleases. Does it make sense that America is the only country STILL colonizing other nations. Why don't I have respect for the American Army? Well there are many reasons. Here is a situation. If your grandmother was murdered by someone for example, you cannot retaliate against the killer who has killed your grandmother and if you do you will likely be trialed for your crime, HOWEVER if you JOIN the US ARMY they will PAY FOR YOU TO KILL OTHER PEOPLE. Where is the logic in that?It's alright to kill for the US government but not for your flesh and blood. Also does it make sense if you are fighting for America? 2011 BMW M3 & Etc.
I am usually not impressed with the design of cars in this modern day and age. With the concern for safety, the size of cars became larger and thus everything resembles an egg shaped Z. The automotive landscape has become stagnant. But with the new styling of the 335xi and the M3 I am seriously impressed. I am considering buying one in the near future preferably the four door :)

Car Meets Died 2010
I've been attending for the past year, car meets for the first time in my life, frankly I have not been missing anything. All that's going on is a bunch of standing around and random bullshit. "Yo man, my car can't make it out because my rims are being powdercoated" or "my stage one jdm turbo is being rebuilt wait till then." A lot of these people attending these meets are in it to get props from a bunch of dudes for the satisfaction that people accept them. A lot's lost in the car world, no longer is it the good old days, when a select few of you are in it for the passion. It was much harder 10 years and back, to even see a car meet of your same car make let alone just a get together. You had to do your research and know. Now its so much more simple, log onto your forum, take pictures of your stock car to get approval from all the other losers posting 12,000+ post to praise you. Even assholes with Nissan Maximas and Altimas have these corny meets. What happened to the passion? Everyone's just following.

Lexus F Line
I was reading the new Road & Track magazine and it's great to hear that Lexus is going for a sportier style and performance. The F line will expand to the GS, and possibly to the LS models. Interesting. Also the new IS will be based on the FT86 coupes bodylines not the engine.

Acura Integra Type-R
What can I say the last one I've seen was July 2005 a yellow one as well. I think these are gonna be sought after and become collectors items in the years to come. Yes these are great cars. Gran Turismo
This game practically changed my passion for cars. As a child I already loved cars but when Gran Turismo came out it opened my horizons to unattainable vehicles we can never acquire in North America. I am of course speaking about 12 years ago, but thats another story. I remember first seeing the Toyota Chaser here. I was wondering how a sedan can be so awesome and put down so much power. This could have been one of the earliest reasons as to why I enjoy sedans so much.
All the battles spent in Hollis with my uncle, Marko and Noel. The GC8s,FDs, MR2s,Integras,Evo III, IV,V and yellow bird dominating the late days of the battles. I remember talking with jigga Marko about why Evo's never came out in America or if they would one day.. Times have changed. But this game was well spent countless hours on tuning and upgrading your stage 1 to Stage 4 and getting 900Hp. That's so JDM.
The new game is finally out and after waiting for quite some time only 5 years, I kind of lost hope for Gran Turismo but this new game looks dope. I need a PS3 bad.
For the fanboys: Forza sucks.

2011 STI Sedan
I know everyone is in a mixed bag of feelings with this one. The same can be said when the hatch Impreza first came out now everyone loves them. Someone will eventually "flush" out this STI model and people will fall in love with this version, I guarantee it.

Z-Edition Altezza
The Z-Edition Altezzas came off the factory with this factory aero and wheels. I have yet to see an actual owner with this special version. This is just bueno.

The Evo will always need that trademark wing in the boot however I think the X pulls of the wingless Evo look the best.

ROTA AT SEMA
So a lot of these "car" guys, that have nothing better to do than bitch about Rota's booth at SEMA because it's the cool thing to do decided that it was the end of the world when Rota debuted their lineup for vintage wheels at SEMA. Did it ever occur to any of these guys that ROTA is actually making money to be in a SEMA booth? Again and again I've been stressing this dragging topic for eons now, you don't want Rota to be around tell your JDM company to make low cost cast of their wheels then. Rays and Advan can very well do this.You can continue to grief because people can afford your rims for half of the cost in a cool offset.

Realization
I have been blogging about the likes, dislikes and my opinions on certain things about the automotive scene. I have yet to do any celebratory post on my one year of blogging, yes I cannot believe its that long. A post is soon to come, I just don't know when yet.. But it has made me realize how much do I really like this hobby and how little I am committed to it. I have noticed that there are people that are loyal and tremendously dedicated to their cars and the scene. I commend you for that, it has also made me to confess that I myself purely like the style and looks department of cars mainly drifting. I am no inclined mechanic or a self proclaimed car forum guru. I don't care about power or any other things like that. I am a college student that likes this expensive hobby.
No one bothers thanking the guys that build their cars, setup events, and just love this whole scene that its their entire lives, someone has to thank you guys. I thought I hope I'm not the first to but I just want to praise the guys that have passion for wrenching day in day out and improving this whole automotive scene.
Normally I disprove of adding eye candy on this blog, but this is for you all just this once.

Getting "Advice" From Other Enthusiast
Did you ever get the whole "advice" speech from someone about your car? Well you should do this to your car.. I don't like how this looks.. Rims aren't my taste do this with that.. etc. etc. Do these people pay for your cars monthly or maintenance? So why should it matter? If someone likes the car the way it is just let it be.
