Where do I begin........Yes as a former Mitsubishi owner I am highly dissapppointed with the reliability however they make great cars such as the Evo, 3000gt, and Galant to name a few. If you have the time and patience to own one of these I have to give you credit.
Here is a website that validates my arguments as to why Mitsubishi is in the ehhh side with me:
http://www.mitsubishisucks.com/ Yes this actual website exist. I have so many reasons as to why I should hate Mitsubishi.
List of Mitsubishi Car Problems I Know(Feel free to let me know what else you know):
Turbo Eclipse 2G Crankwalk
NonTurbo Eclipse 1995-1999 GS-RS Belt Squeal
Evo horrible clutch
Worst Part:
Yea they slaved Koreans during WWII to make stuff for them Corporations like Mitsubishi(Another reason for me to premanently hate them and every other Corporation on this list), Nippon
Oil, Mitsui, and Kawasaki.
Let's try to use the whole Japanese Samurai Warrior culture to sell our shitty cars to the rest of the world that way they think that they are immensing themselves in Japanese culture yea!! JDM YO~!

CL7s Are Nice
I always thought the Accord Euro R had a lot of potential and looked good. The 2004-2007 CL7 models are my favorite era Accord Euro R's. It doesn't bother me at all that the powertrain is FF comes factory with LSD, Recaros, 220hp and redlines at 8500 rpm. It's still a nice car all around it may not be as fast as an Integra or a Civic but you can makes these fast. I don't really know much about them but they are amazing FF sedans.

Fabulously Priced
It would be cool if I had around $4000 to spend on wheels but I don't.These rims would look really good on an Altezza with aero. I found the ultimate wheels for it.

Everyone Has A Porsche Story
As a kid your already trained by society to know the following brands of cars BMW, Mercedez Benz and Porsche. I remember as a kid reading books about trains, planes, boats, and automobiles. They particularlly get really specific about what type of cars they show. I remember seeing 5 Series in this book, Benz's and 911 Porsches. It's not surprising that women are attracted and know these type of cars right away but that's another story.
It all started in 1994 when I relocated to America in 1994 I remember looking through my uncles books as a young tot being facinated by airplanes, survival guides, and combat training books. One book that particularly stood out for me was this car book. It was about 250-380 pages, covering Porsche,Ferraris,Alfa's, and Lamborgini's and all types of other European cars. The one car that stood out for me was the Porsche 911. I believe it was a Black 1989 model in the book. It was just so sleek and stylish. I couldn't even dare imagine the car with aftermarket rims or even an exhaust. All I can think about was how nice this vechicle is the way it comes off the factory.
Fast forward to now everytime I see a Porsche from the 1980s - 1996 era(Yes its a long stretch and I cant narrow it down) I am just amazed. This to me may be arguably the best styled car. It's like having a machine as a suit. It can be a formal street car and good time attacker. It retains class while looking like a bad boy. I don't know if anyone will even get what I am saying or I am just rambling about this era Porsche's. I Had my first encounter with one of these for the first time this year a few weeks ago and decided it was time to talk about it. Wish I took photos of that car. More pictures next time.

Wait What Is That........
Toyota Curren.. I think has a lot of potential. AWD couple with a 3S-GE engine is always good. The front reminds me of a S14 kouki, the rear is a Celica rear no this is not a conversion it's an actual car model that was in production in Europe. Does anyone have more info on these?

Trifling Hyundai's
10 years ago it was unheard of to have a sports, coupe, stylish and speed associated with a Hyundai. The conotations associated with Hyundai were a bad credit, trifling, broke playa hater. Times changed and so has Hyundai.

Altezza Blues
Sorry for the lack of updates. School doesn't permit me having time for extra activities. Anyway finally warm weather just decides to show up(compared to last year from March - May it was horrible), tons of school work, aero pieces coming together and now the Altezza is down sitting in the garage. Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon :(

Realization
I just realized most of the pictures I have are various Toyota cars(mainly Altezzas), any rear wheel drive sedan, or sedan in general, and Legacy wagons . My car photo collection isin't diverse as I thought it was. These are the cars I mainly like but what can I do when I own a Toyota myself? Well there are a ton of other great blogs out there that cover the whole spectrum of cars. I try not to be bias but well I mainly love a certain style and type of cars not to dismiss any other form of vechicles or builds others have. I try to cover everything but its just very tough. I just like to give a super vibe to everything I post on this blog whether good or bad. I'll leave this post with a TOYOTA theme :)

Thunder Down Under
Automobiles in the jungle down under! All the photographs are taken from the Matthew Mead, himself. I think Australia has a very good car culture. I've seen and heard from different people from Australia. I like to venture and search myself for how car culture is in other places besides North America. Well here is someone from Australia again. The rest of this amazing photography can be found in Matt's blog. More people need to see this!!!! Check out his blog.
Photos at his website.
Be on the look out for an upclose and personal interview with him. Here's a few previews off his page. Check out t he rest at his blog.

Gas Prices On The Rise......
I was driving the other day and I'm still thinking its the month of Feburary and that gas prices will continue to lower because its still winter. I checked the calendar today and its already mid March and gas prices have slowly risen at about 10 cents from a month and a half ago. This doesn't look good for summer at all.
How much is gas for everyone else nationwide? I shouldn't complain. California nationwide, has crazy gas prices(correct me if I'm wrong).

Like Woah.
I was planning on purchasing replica Mustang wheels and powdercoating them this same exact color. I am to late to be orignal on doing it however I gotta give credit to the owner for doing this. I sense these wheels being a hit this year or next. Good offset at a really good price. Usually I always think stock Altezza's need aero but this proves me wrong.
Damn.
Damn.

Super & Etc: JDM & Being an asshole
So I seen a couple of these so called "JDM Tuners" a few times today..... Has it ever happenened to you, that you are casually minding your own business just driving all of a sudden you hear a whiney slow (insert base sports compact car model) driving wrecklessly on public roads. Cutting lanes thinking they are all of a sudden world renound racers to prove their point of superiority.
Well what makes them superior you ask? Thats a good question. The following parts they put on their cars justify that they are true professionals in the street........
The MUST HAVE ITEM:
Just because you and every other trend hopper, see one monkey do it you follow the next, its amazing how little to no research at all is done about what these badges mean:
Last time I checked no one in Japan even bothers rocking these. The badge in the left is Soshinoya, MEANING NEW DRIVER and the other badge in the right Koleshia MEANS ELDER DRIVER.Age group I've seen rocking this in the streets of NYC...16-32 year olds running around rampant with these thinking it has added an extra 90hp to their cars. This is just an inidcator to watch out for a serious asshole.

Its not offically till you buy your first set of non factory tested springs.
Its crazy how much these same group of guys boast about buying entire strut bar kits for their cars front and rear stability. This whole set cost $40 shipped.
Here is the infamous Ebay headlights, they come in non halo form as well. The owner below exibits the average Honda owner that thinks his car is a 2010 911 Carrera S4 with mods such as a black painted hood, fake "jdm" grille, fake regamasters, tints, yellow "projector" fogs, and the painted gas tank... Of course the rear has a canister!
The infamous "yellow fogs." Another mod taken of the IS300... I'm starting to think IS300s were the platform for all idiotic tuning...
How to spot one of these morons:
This is just a basic standard template.
1. Altezza taillights
2. Tow hook("because its tracked" owner probably never heard of SCCA)
3. Leaf badge or Vinyl graphics for the speed illusion
4. Fake mugen rims
5. Pep boys aftermarket rearwindshield wiper
6. Chopped catalytic converter
7. Tin canned exhaust
8. Pepboys wing
9. Base model
10. Upon an encounter with either of the two be prepared to either be reved, suddenly cut off, fly'd by or heavily grilled in stoplight.
Why do people do this?
To their justification I can see why its done. Its cheap to buy a sportcompact basemodel for example a 1993 Honda Civic DX. Insurance is cheap, gas is cheap and an abundance of parts are readily available at your disposal AT AN EXTREMLY LOW PRICE. Plus the rest of your peers do it so why should one be left out? Now you can imitiate the guys who ruin such culture without any research or respect whatsoever.

Exhaust Notes
Exhaust Note Check:
Toyota Altezza RS200(Stock) vs Lexus IS300(Stock). Both have HKS Hi-power exhaust on.
I love the 8k rev on the Altezzas
USDM!
