I felt like everytime I see a modified vehicle I get all excited in the street when it captures my attention I just whip out the phone and take photos. Glad I'm not the only one :)
looks like one of the Fool guys. you'd be breaking the law if you didn't take out your cell phone and record whatever that car does. you never know when its going to leave a trail of smoke behind!
