Yea they slaved Koreans during WWII to make stuff for them Corporations like Mitsubishi(Another reason for me to premanently hate them and every other Corporation on this list), Nippon Oil, Mitsui, and Kawasaki.
Let's try to use the whole Japanese Samurai Warrior culture to sell our shitty cars to the rest of the world that way they think that they are immensing themselves in Japanese culture yea!! JDM YO~!

I owned a 1st gen Talon...er eclipse. Love that car, only parted ways with it because I didn't want to deal with it afar my third transmission
I had a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse Rs. I wanted to get rid of it after owning it for three weeks then I started getting other problems with it.. Ended up with a seized engine :(
DAMN! I thought I had a bad DSM experience. Too bad you didn't get to experience the 4G63. I love that engine. If I had the money to get a 1st gen Talon again I would, but here's where I would need the money. I would want to get that tranny rebuilt with dual synchro or something like that. There is a 1st Gen TSi around in my neck of the woods that had his tranny rebuilt and beefed up. The things runs I think low 11's or high 10's on the 1/4 mile.
(T_T) I miss my Talon, N/A, FWD, no cats, straight pipe, LOUD!!!. *sniff *sniff
I love Korean people they are awesome.
4G63 was the engine I wish I had on my Eclipse :(. The 2g Eclipse came in turbo awd or turbo ff. All Eclipse guys I've known ended up parting the car out. The last time I ever drove the car the tow truck guy had one and sold it because something went out and he got a mustang. My car in the span of three months owning it was tow trucked five times.

Mitsubishi has a rocky history like many other companies around the world. Mitsubishi made the "ZERO" which was the airplanes used in the attack on pearl harbor. Mitsubishi's slave labor doesnt just extend to Koreans, American POWs and Chinese laborers are just to name a few. Its no different of a company when compared to VW aka the Hitler mobile.
